To initiate the return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and reasons for return. Our team will get in touch with you for verifying the request. At this point, you will need to provide photographs of the mattress for us to evaluate any physical damages to the mattress (stains, tears etc.), as well as the original invoice.
For some locations, we may also have our Service Executive visit you for an on-site verification. Based on these evaluations, we will then arrange to pick it up from your address.
Please retain the original packaging as it will be easier for you to pack the product safely and securely for the reverse pick up. You will not be charged for the reverse pick up. Once we have received the mattress, our team will conduct a final inspection for damages, and inform you if your mattress is eligible for the full refund.
Please note: In case the refund claim is denied, we will have the mattress shipped back to you. This time around, the shipping charges will have to be borne by you. Our team will take prior approval from you on the charges before sending out the shipment.
Once your mattress has met the criteria for refund under the 30 Day Trial, the refund process is initiated immediately. Depending on your mode of payment, it may take up to 7 working days for us to reverse the charges to your card/account.
We may also use NEFT to transfer the amount to your bank account (Indian bank accounts only). In case you do not have an Indian bank account, we will mail a cheque to your postal address in India. Refunds will not be made in cash.
Please double-check the mattress size before placing your order. We will not be able to entertain requests for returns/refunds/exchange in instances where the wrong size has been ordered.
If a customer re-orders a product before the 30 day trial ends, it is assumed that he/she is entirely satisfied with the product. The return/refund policy becomes void for both the first and the subsequent orders in this case.
The entire philosophy behind the 30 day trial is fair play. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund in instances where we feel the trial offer terms have been misused.
The whole point of the 30 Day Trial is for you to be absolutely comfortable, and fully satisfied with your mattress. If it doesn’t suit you, we will gladly take it back. All we ask is that it is returned undamaged, along with the original invoice, and that the refund request is placed within the 30 day limit.
